1. What is the QR code service? How do I get it?  

After successful payment, the QR code will be sent to your email within 1 hour (9:00 AM-12:00 AM China Time). Check your spam folder if not received.

2. What are your service hours?  

- QR code delivery: Daily 9:00 AM-12:00 AM (China Time, UTC+8)  

- Orders after midnight receive codes by 9:00 AM next day

3. How do I use the QR code?  

Show it to the merchant for scanning. No refunds after scanning - confirm plans before use.

4. Refund Policy Details

For Tours:  

- Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before start time  

- 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before  

- No refund within 24 hours or after QR code scan  

 

For On-site Services:  

(food, photo, cultural experiences, bars/cafés, beauty services)  

- Full refund before QR code scan  

- No refund after scan  

 

Note: Processing fees and taxes are non-refundable in all cases.
